Software Engineering R&D Analyst

Location : BENGALURU

The company is seeking creative, energetic candidates to help with the early-stage research and prototype development in the Application Engineering R&D group. The group investigates changes to various aspects of software engineering due to the latest technological advances like AI/ML (e.g. Generative AI, LLMs.), Metaverse, etc. resulting in highly differentiated prototypes which demonstrate software engineering in the New.

Key Responsibilities :

* Realization of the key research ideas by proof of concept developments, executing pilots / experiments.
* Helping in creating world class thought leadership through patents, publications in research conferences and other forums.
* Being able to understand and build on concepts in a dynamic environment.
* Active participation in academic and industry forums. Formulate the messages and materials (e.g., demo) to be used for internal and external marketing.
* Provide timely status and awareness for managers and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements for the Candidate :

* Masters or a similar advanced degree in computer science or a computer related field.
* Out of the Box thinker with a strong inclination toward R&D.


Strong programming fundamentals- one of more of the following is preferred :

* Hands-on knowledge/experience on Java Stack (Spring/Hibernate), Python, and SQL/NoSQL Data Stores. Good familiarity with MVC, SOA, RESTful web services, version control systems, containers, virtual machines, and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google).
* Deep understanding of Software Architectures, Design, and Algorithms (Architectural Patterns, Architectural Styles, Design Patterns).
* Creative inclination towards UI/UX design and development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery/Angular/React).

* Good to have : Program Analysis, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Mobile Development, Agile, DevOps.

* Strong mathematical foundations of Probability and Statistics.

Salesforce Conga CPQ Application Developer

Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Management Level : 10
Work Experience : 4-6 years
Work location : Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities :

1.  Act as an expert software developer on the Conga CLM , Conga Composer , Conga Queries, Conga Contracts managed package
2.  Knowledge and prior experience on Lightning framework is a definite plus
3. Experience of working on Agile Methodology is an added advantage
4. Functional knowledge of the Contract Lifecycle Management is a definite plus
5. Experience of working on Agile Methodology and project management Ability to handle clients and deliver the program


Technical Experience :

1. Conga CLM full life cycle implementation experience on Conga CLM, Conga Composer , Conga Queries, Conga Contracts managed package with good experience
2. Good to have Salesforce Lightning experience
3. Good to have Salesforce Sales Cloud experience

Order Management Systems (OMS) Application Developer

As a Software Developer, youll be using your application and technology knowledge to maintain and enhance features on Fluent Commerce SaaS application Solving complex distributed problems, implementing new features and capabilities of OMS You will be required to find out bug fixes and solutions to technical problems Youll be a key member of the team responsible for Application Enhancements, Bug Fixing and ensuring the high coding standard across your work

Technical Experience : Project experience of at least 1-2 years in at least one of the market leading Order Management System solutions IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Fluent Commerce, Salesforce OMS with fluent commerce will be preferred Knowledge of the main design patterns eg, MVC and event driven architecture Back-end development on object-oriented languages: mainly Java, or similar

Professional Attributes : Ability to communicate mathematical, technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited prior mathematics, technical or software background Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones and at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy
